 Do you have someone you love? If something were to happen to that person, what do you think you would need to do to protect that person? Yes, it's muscle. So what do you need to build muscle? Chicken breast. Chicken breast is low in fat and high in protein, making it the perfect food for dieting and body building. It also has the advantage of being cheap and easily available. This time I would like to try the simplest and most delicious dish using it, salad chicken.

 I do muscle training as a hobby and I eat a lot. Eating this while training will give you energy and make your day more enjoyable. This time, I will teach you how to create a partner that is indispensable in your life.

 


Ingredients  
 100g chicken breast 

 1litter water

1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

 1/4 teaspoon of salt

 

Instruments

 An apron

 A cooking knife and a cutting board  

 A Gas or electric stove  

 A fridge

 A pot

 A fork

 A plate and a pair of chopsticks 

 

 

Procedure 

 1. First, wear the apron and wash your hands.




 2. Pour water into the pot and put it on fire.



3. Second, prick the whole chicken evenly with the fork.



4. Slice the chicken into pieces about 1cm thick.



5. Once the water is boiling, put the cut chicken into the pot, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it sit for about 5 minutes.




6. After 5 minutes, remove the chicken and serve on top.

 



 Chicken is not only high in protein and low in fat, but it is also very cheap compared to other meats. That's why everyone loves it. This time I used herbal salt flavor, but you can change the flavor by adding pepper, mustard, etc. Let's all eat chicken and get a muscular body! And you will be able to protect your loved ones with your trained body!
