And that watch was passed down to my father when he got a job and started his career. My father always wore that watch. My father looked confident as he wore the watch. This watch has been passed down through my family. He has been watching over my family for decades. And that was the night before I took the university entrance exam. "I'll give you this watch. It's a good luck charm for tomorrow's exam,'' my father said, holding out his watch to me.
